Biography:Honorable Edward D. Levinson
Bachelor of Architecture, University of Pennsylvania, Master
of Architecture in Civic Design, University of Pennsylvania (Atelier of Louis I.
Kahn). Taught at Temple University, Florida International University, and Professor
Emeritus of Architecture at Miami-Dade College, where he taught courses in Architectural
Design, History, Theory, Communications, Ecology, and Man and Environment. Professor Levinson is
presently with Yorktown University, where he is teaching Architectural History.
Publications:Prof. Levinson has authored a text: Architectural Rendering Fundamentals, contributed a chapter to Man and Environment, authored environmentally-related television scripts, produced multi-media Urban lectures, and written articles for Progressive Architecture. Additionally, he has conducted tours of Europe with Architectural students, as well as Architects enrolled in Continuing Education Courses, which Prof. Levinson prepared. |
